Setup and onboarding fees can differ for each company. Custom integrations or extensive data migration are outside standard implementation and require a separate quote.

5. Agreement

The AWATS SaaS Subscription & Implementation Agreement is generated from your selections and opens in a pop-up.

I confirm that the company and authorized representative details provided are accurate and that I am authorized to place this order. By checking this box, I agree to the , including:

Selected plan, advance subscription fees, and automatic 7% annual renewal adjustment (Clause 11).
30-day evaluation trial acknowledgement and strict no-refund policy.
Confirmation that current features meet my requirements, with no custom features/integrations included unless charged separately (Clause 22).
Strict prohibition of illegal use or spam, subject to immediate termination without refund (Clauses 7 and 17).

6. Sign and confirm

This page is your final order confirmation. After you submit, a signed copy is emailed to you and to AnyWorks. The payment link is shared separately by AnyWorks, and the service is activated only after advance payment is received.

7. What happens next

Your signed order is recorded with a unique order number, and a copy of your details and the agreement is emailed to you and to hello@anyworks.in.
AnyWorks reviews the order and confirms the final commercial details (including any setup fee) with you.
AnyWorks shares a payment link separately for the subscription (payable in advance) and any agreed setup fee.
Your account is activated after the payment is confirmed. The service continues only while advance payment for each period is received.
